Dry Land Dog Sledding Tour

Duration: 1 to 1.5 Hours Season: Mid May to Mid November

Meet us on location tour, 1 hour drive away from Reykjavík, in the South Coast of Iceland.

Dogsledding is a must-do activity for dog-lovers or those wanting to feel the beautiful Icelandic countryside. This unique experience can be tranquil at some times, and exhilarating and delightfully chaotic at others.
In the summertime the dogs pull specially made wheeled sleds on dry land. it’s an unforgettable adventure even without snow.

Not only are the dogs incredible, but so too are the highly trained mushers. Ask your guide about the history, techniques, and subtleties of dogsledding – they are extremely knowledgeable and the close relationships between musher and dogs are especially engaging.

Meet the adorable Siberian and Alaskan Huskies and race through the beautiful South Coast of Iceland!

Kart ride is 45mn
Meeting time: 15 minutes prior to the tour time.
Group : max 8 persons
Location: 1hr drive away from Reykjavík, in the south of Iceland. You will receive the exact location prior to the tour. Important automated messages regarding your tour and the tour location is sent prior to your excursion, so remember to check your spam folder.

Age : Must be at leat 6 years old
Not suitable during pregnancy.
Max 95kg pp and BMI below 30.
Minors (under 18 years old) must be accompanied by an adult

It is recommended to bring the following clothing and equipment:

Warm clothes such as fleece or wool clothing
Waterproof clothing and windbreaker clothes (on a pair of pants and jacket)
Waterproof hiking shoes
Hat and gloves
Sunglasses
A camera
